Vale Global is supporting a Canadian organization that is expanding its Workday HCM environment and requires a French-speaking consultant to support ongoing configuration and optimization work.
The role will focus on core HCM processes, business process improvements, and stakeholder support across a bilingual environment.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Acting as the functional SME across Workday Core HCM
- Supporting configuration changes and business process improvements
- Working with HR stakeholders in both English and French
- Assisting with post–go-live enhancements and system optimization
- Supporting data quality, reporting, and security updates
- Providing functional guidance across the HCM landscape
