Job Description
Act as the primary Faculty Talent HR contact for faculty, providing guidance and support on Faculty HR-related matters. Coordinate faculty recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and selection processes. Facilitate the onboarding process for new faculty members, ensuring a smooth transition into the institution.
Administrative SupportProvide various forms of administrative support to the Faculty Talent HR team, including managing SSG registration, item collection, and attending to welfare matters (e.g., car park, lounge). Organize and support faculty-related events, such as Faculty Appreciation Events. Liaise with vendors on certificate printing, gifts sourcing, and lecturer staff cards.
