Job Description
The Centre for Trauma Recovery (CTR), a team within the Psychology & Social Services (PSS) division, works with children, youth, vulnerable adults, elderly and families, who have been impacted by trauma typically as a result of abuse and/or neglect. At CTR, you will provide direct clinical services to MSF clients and families, and contribute to capability building efforts (e.g. trainings, consultations) within the social service sector.
What you will be working on:You will provide psychological assessment and therapy services, crisis support and management, consultation to internal and external MSF partners, and conduct trainings and talks.
You may also conduct mental capacity assessments for vulnerable adults. Opportunities for supervision, inputs to ops-policy and workgroups, as well as sector capability building may also be available.
