YOUR ROLE The incumbent will be part of a team within the IFF department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role: Use Global tools, interfaces and processes to execute export shipments and meeting set KPls Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulations Coordinate with BUs (Customer Service Teams), planning team, warehouse and terminal transfer vendor to ensure timely and accurate execution of AWBs and preparation of carrier required documentation Validate and input accurate mandatory information and pricing for export transactions assigned to him/her Ensure and trigger pre-alerts and necessary electronic submission/ interface to relevant stakeholders for the assigned air export shipments Back up and cross support other Air Export team members Atte...
