What are we looking for?
- Mandatory: 7+ years' experience in IT Support, MSP, NOC, or Service Desk environments supporting AU or US clients.
- Mandatory: Strong system administration experience supporting one or more of the following - Apple/macOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cloud-first environments.
- Mandatory: Experience with HaloPSA or similar PSA platforms, including ticketing, documentation, and time management.
- Experience managing RMM platforms, monitoring, alerts, backups, patching, vulnerability management, endpoint maintenance, and SaaS administration.
- Experience with Jamf and Apple device management.
- Understanding of SLA-driven support, change management, technical documentation, and operational processes.
