Job Responsibilities

1. Wellbeing Centre Development, Growth and Operations

• Development and growth of Wellbeing Centre
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the Centre
• Support patients and caregivers to navigate and access services within the institute, in the community and the broader health care system
• Ensure adherence to relevant quality and safety, professional and healthcare standards and mandatory education related to risk management, occupational health and safety, and other relevant areas
• Lead and oversee the recruitment and selection of any new staff and wellbeing champions (volunteers) to ensure they are orientated to the procedures and operations of the Centre
