Job Description Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects
Work closely with the project team, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project understanding is accurate
Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)
Monitor project costs and provide detailed tender analysis and recommendations where suitable
Evaluate and review contract terms within tenders and resolve any contractual queries Ensure timely completion of tender submissions and compliance with safety and industry standards Requirements Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience in the construction industry Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior position. Location: West
