- Client & Branding
- Act as brand ambassador, deliver excellent client experience.
- Represent brand image and promote collections with strong product knowledge & storytelling.
- CRM
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Sales
- Drive to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Operations
- Adhere to operational processes (cash register, stock, visual merchandising).
- Carry out other assigned duties.
- Min. 1 year experience in fashion retail (ready‑to‑wear preferred).
- Client‑focused and passionate about fashion.
- Energetic, positive, and approachable.
- Sales‑driven, target‑oriented, able to work under pressure.
- Basic MS Office skills.
- More experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Sales Associate.
