- Minimum of 2+ years SEN childcare experience
- Compassionate, patient, and nurturing approach
- Strong understanding of how to support children with learning disabilities
- Experience reviewing, supporting, and delivering outcomes within EHCPs
- Understanding of the EYFS framework
- Knowledge or experience of using Makaton and visual communication aids
- Willingness to follow and reinforce recommendations from Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, and other professionals involved
