We are seeking a motivated and nurturing Special Educational Needs Support Assistant (SENSA) to join our team in September 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with special educational needs and/or medical conditions in a setting committed to high-quality inclusive education.


This is a temporary, term time only post, to cover maternity, for 28.75hrs per week until 31st July 2027, or when the maternity returns.


Grade KS B (FTE £26,168 - Actual Salary £16,225)


Key Responsibilities:


You will play an essential role in helping your school meet the expectations of the Kent Mainstream Core Standards and the schools individual SEND offer, ensuring:

  • Wellbeing and participation are central to the pupil experience.
