Job Description
We are hiring an SEO Team Lead / Assistant Manager to scale organic growth across multiple client accounts while building and managing a high-performing SEO team. This is a hands‑on leadership role. You will own strategy for complex accounts, mentor SEO specialists, review execution quality, manage client communication, and help build scalable SEO systems using AI, automation, and data. You are expected to think beyond rankings towards business impact, visibility in AI‑driven search (SGE), and long‑term organic growth engines. This role is ideal for someone ready to move from senior execution into people, process, and strategy ownership. This is a remote position and requires strong communication skills, self‑management abilities, and proficiency in remote collaboration tools.
