Job Description

Summary:

The Technical SEO & AEO Manager is responsible for the technical foundation that enables organic discoverability and AI-driven answer visibility across our digital experiences. Reporting to the SEO/AEO Lead, this role partners closely with a Content Strategist to ensure technical execution and content strategy work together—aligning site structure, page templates, schema, and performance with search and answer-engine requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Technical SEO Execution

  • Own technical SEO health across crawlability, indexation, site speed (Core Web Vitals), mobile usability, and structured data
  • Translate SEO/AEO requirements into clear, prioritized tickets for Engineering
  • Support CMS, component, and template decisions to ensure SEO scalability
  • Manage redirects, canonicals, pagination, and crawl budget optimization
