ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for NAND Flash product test solution design and development.
- Be responsible for Product/Package/Qualification/Reliability failure analysis and action plan.
- Deliver a world class lead time on test development to reach the most effective way of sample delivery in NPI (New Product Introduction) phase.
- Develop correct test condition for memory product and define test flow for mass production testing needs.
- Design and drive evaluation experiments for product quality and test yield improvement.
- Drive test cost reduction by running test time analysis, optimizing test method while retaining good test coverage.
- Work with multinational team to complete projects in PDT (product development team) required time.
