Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners Only
Shift timings and working days :- 24/7 Support, Rotational (day and Night Shift), 6 days
Communication:- Good comm skills
Job Description and scope of services :
- Rack door open with no keys inside Racks and Temperature Monitoring
- Rebooting or power cycling of equipment
- Inventory management (update on Portal with correct data)
- Reset frozen remote session
- Support requests to check physical network connectivity
- Plug in to a console port for remote management by customer
- Support requests to check the physical LED/ other indicators on the servers & devices. Send information to respective device owner & follow-up till get resolution.
- Issuing gate pass to the vendors and escorting vendors to the cage.
