Buttermilk & Bourbon, Chef Jason Santos’ celebrated New Orleans-inspired restaurant, is hiring experienced, guest-focused Servers who can deliver warm hospitality while keeping pace in a busy, high-energy environment for our Watertown location.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide warm, attentive service while maintaining a sense of urgency.

  • Guide guests through the menu with confidence.

  • Execute steps of service consistently: greet, ring, run, touch tables, anticipate needs, close out smoothly.

  • Manage multiple tables in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and composure.

  • Communicate clearly with hosts, bartenders, and BOH to keep service flowing.

  • Handle guest concerns professionally and proactively.
