Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls.
- Compile the Service Request Form and Repair note once received.
- Update information to the customer database.
- Contact customer and arrange for a suitable time for the technician's home visit.
- Any ad‑hoc task from superior.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM graduate.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Attentive and result oriented.
