As a Service Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service team, ensuring projects and maintenance works run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general project and administrative support
- Managing customer portals and maintaining service documentation
- Invoicing and clearing work in progress (WIP)
- Coordinating subcontractor works and processing purchase orders
