In this role you will manage the end‑to‑end customer experience in the Aftersales area, working collaboratively with internal team members and external suppliers to ensure fast and efficient service delivery that optimises workshop efficiency. You will bring a solution orientation and pace of work that matches the high-volume service throughput environment.
