- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Communicate effectively with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles
- Provide accurate cost estimates and prioritize repairs • Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain customer satisfaction
