We are looking for a high‑energy Service Advisor to serve as the vital link between our customers and technicians. Your role is to provide an exceptional customer experience, diagnose issues, translate solutions into clear options, and guide customers through maintenance and repair decisions.
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a friendly smile and set the stage for a great experience.
- Partner with technicians to ascertain vehicle issues and transparently communicate findings.
- Consult customers, using product knowledge to plan ongoing maintenance and repair needs.
- Produce detailed repair orders, including cost and time estimates, and coordinate with the parts department.
- Maintain frequent communication with customers via their preferred channels and follow up to ensure total satisfaction.
