Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair and servicing process. Liaise closely with workshop technicians to review inspection findings and repair requirements. Evaluate whether repairs are chargeable, covered under warranty, or eligible for goodwill support. Generate accurate repair quotations and clearly explain technical findings, repair recommendations, timelines, and associated costs to customers.
