Service Advisor needed in the Hounslow area of Greater London


Salary circa 28k plus 3-4k bonus


We are working with a Commercial / LCV Garage who are actively looking for a Service Advisor to join there friendly team. Nr Hounslow in Greater London / Middlesex.


Job Role – Commercial / HGV / LCV Service Advisor 


Salary – circa 28k / OTE 31-32k


Monday to Friday 8am until 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings.


Service Advisor Duties include:

  • Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner

  • Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken

  • Sell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs

  • Advise on timescales and collection arrangements

  • Produce job cards on in-house computer system

  • Update customer and vehicle records

  • Document all warranty ...
