We are looking for a reliable, customer‑focused SERVICE ADVISOR to join a busy independent garage in Falmouth. This is a key front‑of‑house role within a small, team‑orientated business, where everyone works together to achieve the goals of the business.
The Role
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers
- Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs
- Explaining work required and providing estimates
- Liaising closely with technicians and updating customers
- Handling invoicing, payments, and general administration
- Being flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team
About You
- Motor industry experience is required
