Job Description
Responsibilities
- Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts
- Capable of multitasking and managing a multiple-line phone system
- Assist clients, answer clients phone calls, needs, queries and handle complaints.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative or similar role in the AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY (Auto Service Repair, Lubricants, Tires, Car Batteries, Auto Parts)
- At least College Level
- Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone and email) with a customer service attitude.
- Computer Literate
