Customer Service Advisor needed in the Swindon area for a Commercial Vehicle client.


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to join our Service Team to deliver a high standard of service to all our customers.You will be a key member at the heart of our operation.


This is a busy hands-on role, which offers wide range of duties such as:

  • Planning of schedule servicing

  • MOT bookings

  • Job creation

  • Obtaining and updating of order numbers

  • Liaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced.

    • Strong attention to detail with ability to work affectively under pressure.You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry.
