We Are Recruiting a Full-Time Automotive Service Advisor
Glenoak Ford requires a results-oriented Service Advisor to join our quality team. This is a full-time, union position located in our brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Langford, BC.
Principal Duties:
Manages customer requests for maintenance and repairs; Provides excellent customer service;Writes repair orders;Communicates with customers about the status of work;Collects payment for services, accurately handling cash and credit payments; Sells additional services, including parts and accessories where appropriate.We are proud to offer:
