Purpose of the Job

- Sound product knowledge ensures personalized service and informs customers accordingly.
Relationships and Personal Activities
- Directly reports to the After Service Manager and Service Manager.
- Fosters relationships with company staff.

- Welcome customers and capture relevant information, ensuring client needs are addressed.
