Position Levels
- Service Attendant/Crew – Food & beverage service operations
- Captain (Senior Level) – Team leadership and service supervision
Salary: SGD 2,200 – 3,600 basic (commensurate with experience) + sign-on bonus (up to 2 months) + Variable Bonus + Other incentives
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely food & beverage service
- Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Support daily restaurant operations, including setup and cleanliness
- For senior roles, supervise service team and ensure smooth operations
- Entry-level candidates are welcome (training provided)
- Relevant F&B or hospitality experience...
