Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Contract Administrator to support fleet sales operations and order management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate processing of truck orders, maintaining buildable specifications, and serving as a key liaison between sales, engineering, and product development teams.
This is a hybrid position requiring on-site availability in Wyomissing, PA.
Key Responsibilities
+ Support the Sales Administration team with accurate and timely fleet order processing
+ Create and maintain truck specifications that are buildable and compliant with pricing structures
+ Manage order boards and oversee the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring proper coding and progression through engineering stages
