Job Overview
The Service Contract Specialist, a key member of the Service Back Office team, is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of service contracts. The role ensures timely proposal and renewal of contracts, improves contract profitability, and manages all contract‑related data accurately in the system.
Job Responsibilities and Essential DutiesDaily responsibilities
- Review and prepare data analysis and findings on service contracts profitability for review meetings using Power‑BI.
- Extract and prepare service contracts profitability summary card for management review.
- Prepare proposals for tender submissions to customer’s platform.
- Send contract proposals to customers promptly.
- Follow up with customers and revise contract proposals as needed.
- Review Master Service Agreement contract terms and conditions from customer to safeguard the company’s interests.
