Core Responsibilities
- Man the briyani kiosk and ensure smooth daily stall operations
- Prepare and serve briyani, curries and side dishes according to standard portions
- Handle cashiering duties, including POS operation, payment collection, and simple end‑of‑day cash tally
- Maintain food quality, freshness, and hygiene standards throughout service
- Refill food items, condiments, utensils, and packaging materials during operating hours
- Ensure cleanliness of the stall, service counter, equipment, and surrounding area
- Assist with opening and closing procedures (food prep, stock check, cleaning, equipment start‑up/shutdown)
- Provide friendly customer service, including recommendations and handling customer queries
- Support basic inventory tasks such as stock rotation, receiving supplies, and reporting low stock
