About the job Service Crew (Full-Time)/44 hrs per week Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to each customer
- Ensure no orders goes unnoticed or not picked up
- Always perform the action items in the restaurant maintenance checklist
- Respond to any customer enquiry or issue and/or seek on-duty manager assistance
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment to ensure positive customer experience
- Perform daily stocking and stock counting in accordance with daily stocktaking lists
- No experience candidates are welcome to apply
- Someone that loves to help, communicate, and serve others (both customers and team members)
- Possess high organization skill to ensure smooth and timely order delivery and bill processing
- A team player who can jump in where needed
