- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Recommend menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Handle cashiering and payment transactions
- Serve food and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Assist customers with hotpot preparation and dining experience
- Follow restaurant hygiene and service standards
Job Requirements
- Able to upsell menu items confidently
- Basic cashiering skills preferred
- Previous experience in Chinese restaurant or hotpot restaurant is an advantage
- Positive attitude, responsible, and team player
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
