The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting smooth front-of-house operations, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service . Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service. . Take accurate food and beverage orders. . Serve orders promptly and check guest satisfaction. 2. Operations Support . Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and properly set up. . Assist in restocking service stations and supplies. . Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned. 3. Teamwork . Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth service flow. . Support colleagues during busy periods. . Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams. 4. Compliance & Safety . Follow hygiene, safety, and company standards at all times. . Use equipment and utensils properly and carefully. . Report any issues or guest concerns to the supervisor.
