Service Delivery Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Cape Town
Hours: Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.30
The Service Delivery Co-ordinator has the primary function of assisting with the supporting the Service Delivery Team in the management of our managed service customers. Within this role the key responsibilities are assisting with the day-to-day delivery of services, assisting with any escalations or requests from the Customer in alignment with the agreed service levels. This role also includes a combination of administrative tasks including but not limited to the supporting in the billing process, reviewing customer contracts and the co-ordination of several service management activities.
The role requires the successful candidate to have exceptional communication skills, be able to work autonomously and understand the importance of active listening whilst remaining focused on the customer’s needs.
