Provide technical consulting and support to clients and partners throughout the sales cycle. Evaluate new and existing cryptography-related technologies for potential deployment. Manage project planning, system implementation, preventive maintenance, documentation, and system migration. Support daily operations of the IT Department and Data Centre, including helpdesk, desktop, server, networking, procurement, and projects. Assist in the planning, installation, testing, and implementation of IT infrastructure for new and ongoing projects. Plan resource capacity for hardware and software, ensuring high-quality service delivery for managed services. Collaborate with external vendors to resolve IT-related issues. Requirements
