Responsibilities
We’re seeking a service delivery professional who can support a global user base and collaborate across teams and time zones to resolve issues and improve service levels.
What you’ll bring
- Solid understanding of (or the ability to quickly learn):
- SQL Server and writing T-SQL queries/scripts
- Basic PowerShell scripting
- Excel (formulas, data handling, and troubleshooting)
- Help desk operations and end-user support
- A calm, professional attitude and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and time zones
