We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding InfoSec services.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client leadership and technical teams.
- Oversee the delivery of Cyber Defense and GRC services, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded.
- Act as the highest point of escalation for service delivery issues and manage critical incidents smoothly.
