- Manage and strengthen client relationships

- Ensure SLA compliance and performance targets are achieved
- Lead projects, new service implementations, repairs, and operational initiatives
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement activities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members
- Support business growth through effective service delivery and account management
