Reporting to the Regional Director, the Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the Service Delivery Supervisors and the wider operational team across regional and national contracts.
This is a fully non-productive role focused on driving operational performance, service delivery standards, and continuous improvement. You will be accountable for ensuring all activities are delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently, while maximising resource utilisation and profitability.
