Key Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end service delivery for the UFSS platform, ensuring uptime, performance, contract, and SLA complianceManage the team to effectively respond and action all incident, problem, and change management with a focus on rapid recovery and root‑cause eliminationManage Service Delivery change work as agreed with your assigned clientsAct as the primary Service Delivery interface for senior banking stakeholders, providing proactive communication and clear reporting which is delivered to published timeframesSupport, and where appropriate, lead project activities within your assigned clientsCoordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain service quality and deliver continuous improvementEnsure all operations meet appropriate banking regulatory, audit, and security standards.Ensure all services are operating within the confines...
