Main responsibilities:
Design the organization and manage the production of one team across a multi-activity scope, on one or more sites.
Ensure the achievement of production targets and the financial objectives of the contract.
Lead and communicate the company’s HR policy.
Optimize and develop the client relationship in a proactive approach focused on continuous service quality improvement.
Lead projects and manage transitions.

Define needs and organize the resources of the production setup.
Manage the projects linked to the life cycle of the contract and monitor margin levels.
Analyze the operational and financial statistics of client accounts within the assigned scope.
