At Credendo, the SAP landscape plays a crucial role in our business processes. As a Service Delivery Manager for SAP, you are responsible for the end-to-end management of the SAP applications and associated services. You ensure that the applications function high-performance, securely and in accordance with the business objectives, in close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
You will be part of the SIAM team and work closely with the CCOE manager, the business process owners and project teams.You are the central point of contact for all SAP-related services (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Fiori, etc.) and monitor compliance with SLAs and KPIs.You coordinate incident, problem and change management for the SAP landscape.You manage contracts and performance of external suppliers and follow up on projects and upgrades.You will ensure continuous service...
