The role:

🌟1st Line Support 🌟Help Desk 🌟IT Support Technician 🌟IMMEDIATE START 🌟

💰£14.29ph (Circa £ 26,000)

📍 Swindon - on site 3 days per week (🌟NON - NEGOTIABLE 🌟)

⌚ 35 hours per week. (Temporary 6 months with the possibility to go Permanent)

Efficiently log IT incidents and service requests using our ticket system.
Manage calls to the highest quality standard, including using a standard greeting, correct triage of calls, and explaining next steps when necessary.
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and ensure high-standard triaging of calls.
Support a variety of technologies including Audio Visual systems, desk and mobile phones, laptops, Microsoft Dynamics, O...
