Become part of IKO Industries' Global Service Desk team as a co-op intern. This position focuses on incident triage and resolution for on-premise and remote staff using multiple communication channels.
As a Service Desk Co-Op Intern, you will play a vital role in operational delivery, technical expertise, and project delivery. You'll provide first response support for various user incidents while collaborating with teams to ensure smooth service operations. The co-op position is ideal for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
