Job Description
1. Liquid-Cooling Integration & Technical Planning
- Participate actively in technical discussions, cross‑departmental alignment, and planning for advanced liquid‑cooling server clusters and high‑density rack infrastructure.
- Assist in reviewing deployment blueprints, piping/cabling layouts, and Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation for liquid‑cooled systems.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to evaluate technical risks, site readiness, and cooling efficiency profiles.
2. Front‑Line & On‑site Technical Support
- Perform routine inspections, hardware installation, configuration, testing, and hardware upgrades at client facilities (e.g., Data Centers or enterprise server rooms).
- Respond promptly to customer service requests, performing efficient on‑site fault diagnosis and primary hardware troubleshooting for both air‑cooled and liquid‑cooled environments.
