JOB DETAILS
• Perform preventive & corrective maintenance as per safety and technical standards
• Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical/software/networking issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation in the system
• Provide technical guidance and operation training to customers
• Escalate unresolved issues with technical details to senior engineers if required
• Coordinate with internal teams like Sales, Service, and Logistics
