Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform provisioning and installation of telecom services, including testing activities such as BERT, commissioning tests, cabling, jumpering, and physical installation of equipment at HGC Points of Presence (PoPs)
- Attend customer sites for fault isolation, troubleshooting, and service provisioning activities
- Provide Layer 2 and Layer 3 network support for service provisioning and troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of customers, lines, services, and inventory data
- Prepare daily task updates and engineer logs
- Compile and submit monthly task reports
- Provide on-demand support for overseas projects when required
- Participate in 24/7 standby service support on a rotational basis
- Experience in telecommunications service operations or related technical support roles
