Job Description
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Perform installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of equipment across electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., pumps, valves, compressors, HVAC, flowmeters, pressure gauges).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Train clients on proper usage, maintenance, and safety procedures for equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance and system reliability.
- Maintain detailed service records, including daily reports and visual updates.
