Handling projects end-to-end, from installation to commissioning and final handover of equipment to customers. Managing customer complaints, project execution, planning, expediting services, and conducting trials. Maintenance, servicing, and overhauling of VT Pumps, Concrete Volute Pumps, and MVP systems. Erection, installation, commissioning, and alignment of rotating equipment, including gearboxes. Focus on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), service contracts, and overhauling activities.
